• Acrylic Adhesive Description:
Acrylic adhesive is used for bonding fiberglass (FRP), ABS, SMC, PVC, nylon and other composite materials, as well as stainless steel, aluminum, wood, and more. The product offers excellent impact resistance, fatigue resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance. It demonstrates outstanding reliability in industries such as amusement equipment, automotive, transportation, wind power generation, electrical appliances, stone processing, and construction.
• When CHMA300 is used with hardener at a 1:1 ratio:
Gel time: 3–5 minutes
Curing time: 5–8 minutes
After curing, CHMA300 provides high strength, good water resistance, excellent impact resistance, and superior wear resistance.

An acrylic structural adhesive is a two-component high-strength adhesive composed of synthetic acrylic resin and a modified curing system. It features rapid curing (initial set in about 5 minutes), high bonding strength (reaching maximum strength within 24 hours), and excellent resistance to both high and low temperatures (−30°C to 150°C).
The active functional groups in its molecular structure form chemical bonds with a wide range of materials such as metals, plastics, and ceramics. It is widely used in construction reinforcement, automotive manufacturing, electronic equipment, and other industrial fields. Compared with epoxy adhesives, acrylic adhesives cure faster and offer superior impact resistance.
