As we approach Dragon Boat Festival, one of China’s traditional holidays, we would like to take this opportunity to share a brief introduction with our overseas friends.
The Dragon Boat Festival (also known as Duanwu Festival) falls on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month, and this year it lands on June 19, 2026. The festival commemorates the ancient poet Qu Yuan, and is celebrated with exciting dragon boat races, the eating of zongzi (glutinous rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves), and the hanging of fragrant herbs to ward off evil spirits. It is a time for family reunions and cultural traditions.
In observance of this holiday, our office will be closed from June 19 (Friday) to June 21 (Sunday), 2026. We will resume normal business operations on June 22 (Monday).
