CHE120HP is a high-viscosity, non-shrinking, aerospace-grade epoxy adhesive that provides an extended working life. After mixing, the two-component epoxy cures at room temperature to form a tough amber- or brown-colored adhesive layer with outstanding peel resistance and impact resistance.
Once fully cured, CHE120HP not only offers excellent thermal and impact resistance but also delivers superior mechanical and electrical performance. It is highly resistant to a wide range of solvents and chemical corrosion.
Typical applications include aerospace and aviation fields, such as bonding nose cones for aircraft, missiles, and rockets. In addition, the product is suitable for low-stress industrial applications requiring high impact resistance and high peel strength, enabling reliable bonding of aluminum, steel, other metals, plastics, ceramics, and various dissimilar materials.

Epoxy structural adhesive is a high-performance two-component adhesive formed by mixing epoxy resin with a curing agent in a specified ratio. It features high strength, oil resistance, and excellent electrical insulation. Its tensile strength can reach up to 30 MPa, making it suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, glass, wood, and many other materials.
Epoxy resin adhesive, also known as epoxy adhesive or epoxy bonding agent (commonly referred to as “universal glue”), is an adhesive based on epoxy resin. It consists of epoxy resin, curing agents, toughening agents, accelerators, diluents, fillers, coupling agents, flame retardants, and stabilizers, available in liquid or solid form.
Epoxy resin adhesives are known for strong adhesion, low shrinkage, high heat resistance, low water absorption, and excellent dimensional stability. They exhibit good compatibility and reactivity with a wide range of organic and inorganic materials, as well as excellent corrosion resistance and electrical performance.
