CHMA805 is a two-component adhesive based on polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). It is designed for bonding and assembling artificial stone, natural stone, and quartz stone. The product provides excellent adhesion to acrylic and polyester-based artificial stone, quartz stone, and natural stone, with outstanding resistance to yellowing.
When CHMA805 is used with the curing agent at a 10:1 mixing ratio, the gel time is 8–13 minutes, and the curing time is 20–25 minutes. After curing, CHMA805 offers high transparency, excellent UV stability, non-yellowing performance, good heat resistance, water resistance, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance.

Artificial quartz stone is composed of more than 90% natural quartz combined with approximately 10% pigments, resins, and other additives used for bonding and curing. It is manufactured through a process involving vacuum pressing, high-frequency vibration molding, and heat curing (the curing temperature varies depending on the type of curing agent used).
Artificial quartz stone is hard (Mohs hardness 5–7) and features a dense structure (density approximately 2.3 g/cm³). It offers superior properties compared to many decorative materials, including excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and impermeability.
Artificial quartz stone (also known as engineered quartz) originated in Spain. It entered the Chinese market around 2005, initially as imported products. As consumer acceptance increased, China began developing artificial quartz stone locally in 2006, and by 2007, many domestic manufacturers had successfully launched locally produced artificial quartz stone products.
